TEF Exam Registration

1. Payment
Your seat is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

2. Confirmation Email
After payment is received, you will receive an official confirmation email with your exam schedule and exam-day instructions.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Up to 7 calendar days before the exam: cancellation or date change allowed. A 40 CAD fee per test will be deducted from the refund.
• Less than 7 days before the exam: no cancellation, no refund, and no date change.
• Medical exception: date change only with a valid medical note. No refund.

4. Personal Information & ID
You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details exactly match your passport or official ID.
A valid passport or government-issued photo ID must be presented on exam day.

5. 20-Day Re-registration Rule
You must wait at least 20 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) before retaking the same TEF exam, regardless of the test center.
Registrations made before this period will be automatically canceled.

These rules apply to all TEF sessions administered by CSA Montréal center.
